1. Chassis/Frame:
Structure of the prefabricated unit is made of steel.
Floor is made of a galvanized steel frame with transversal and longitudinal beams (80 x 40 mm). A 50mm deep steel plate is welded around the perimeter of the frame forming a skin, to which the panels are bolted. Frame is painted with 2 epoxy coats.
2. Floor coverage: Floor structure is covered with 18mm marine plywood or fiber cement boards to ensure durability, water and moisture resistance.
Final inside covering is made by a 3mm thick electro-static vinyl.
3.Walls: Are made of sandwich panels (thickness 50 mm) between pre-painted
galvanized sheets with polyurethane insulation of 40 kg/m3 density. Panels are fixed to a solid steel angle at the top and bolted to the bottom steel plate. Strengthening of walls will be made by a 3mm thick painted steel sheets installed from the inner side and welded to the floor and roof steel structure.
4.Roof (Flat Type): Are made of sandwich panels (thickness 50 mm) between pre-painted galvanized sheets with polyurethane insulation of 40 kg/m3 density. Strengthening of roof will be made by a 3mm thick painted steel sheets installed from the inner side. A slight inclination, along with a steel gutter (2mm thick), and PVC down spouts for rainwater drainage.
5.Doors: External and internal doors are steel lined, insulated, powder coated and fitted with stainless steel knob-locks. It is considered as 60 min fire rated steel doors.
6 Windows:a range of windows and top opening vents can be added including Aluminum or PVC frames (single or double glazed) to virtually any window size required, depending on application.
